We're looking for both adult and teen (ages 13+) volunteers! We have a variety of needs, including activities such as helping with craft kits, scanning documents, event help, energy bike demonstrations for DiscoveryWorks, Friends of ALPL, and more.
Avon Lake's spooktacular Boo by the Woods festival is just around the corner, and we need your help to make it a hauntingly good time! Great for students, families, and community members who want to give back and have some festive fun!
Ambassadors offer a special opportunity to enhance visitor experiences through exhibit interpretation, sharing our story, and fostering a more in depth appreciation for DW/ALPL programs, services, and activities. Ambassadors also play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, facilitating educational experiences, and promoting lifelong learning for all DiscoveryWorks explorers.
