While you wait for your book...

You may be waiting several weeks to know for sure whether we can get the book. Libraries that partner with us for Interlibrary Loan must be asked one at a time, and they have up to four days to respond.

You may be waiting several weeks to receive the book. We are partners with libraries all across the lower 48 states, so sometimes these books travel by mail.

You can call us anytime to inquire about the status of your Interlibrary Loan. We monitor them regularly.

Your due date is given when you check out your ILL item. This is set by the library that owns the item and cannot be changed. There are no renewals.

Do not remove the sleeve around the cover. If the sleeve is lost, there is a replacement fee of $3.00.
