STEP 1: PLACE A HOLD
You can place a hold in a variety of ways:
- through the online catalog
- by emailing email@example.com
- or calling 440.933.8128
- **for children's material bundles email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 440.933.8917
Please allow one (1) business day for available holds to be processed.
Curbside hold pickup will operate during the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 9 am – 9 pm
- Friday and Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm
STEP 2: GET YOUR PICKUP NOTICE
You will receive a notification (via text, email, or phone call) saying your hold is available. Please do not come to the Library until you receive a notification.
STEP 3: PICKUP YOUR HOLD
To pick up your holds, park in one of the marked curbside pickup spaces in front of the building, call the Library, and provide your name and parking spot number. If you do not have a cell phone, simply call before leaving home and provide an estimated time of arrival.
Our Curbside Pickup Service is touchless. Please wear a mask. A library staff member will bring out your holds and, after verifying your identity, the staff member will place the items in the trunk of your vehicle (or drop them into the backseat through an open window). For the safety of our staff, items will not be handed directly to patrons nor can we accept returns. Please use the outside return drop for returning items.
